Returns & Exchanges

Whitley Pixel, LLC return policy is for full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. You may receive store credit or exchange upon the 15th day from the original purchase date. If you would like to return an item or exchange for a different size/product selection, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We suggest sending items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.

All returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:

All items must be unworn and/or unused and returned in their original packaging without damage to the package.

All items must have original tags attached

Items must be received by Whitley Pixel, LLC no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt for full refund.

If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because they will be refused.

Enclose a copy of your receipt, along with the Return Form and attach the bottom portion of the form to the outside of your box and ship to:

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
